How iShopUship Works

Find Your Product & Copy the Link

Shop on any supported store as you normally would. Compatible stores include Amazon (US, UK, Germany, Italy, UAE, KSA), Noon, Trendyol, ASOS, Zara, eBay and more. When you find an item you want, just copy its product link from the address bar — or, on your phone, tap the Share button and choose iShopUship.

Browse & Choose What You Want

Shop exactly as you normally would. Browse products, compare options, read reviews, and pick the colour and size you want on the retailer's website. There's no separate iShopUship storefront — you shop on the real Amazon, the real Noon, and so on. When you're ready, copy the product link for each item you want.

Paste the Link & Review Pricing

Paste each product link into your iShopUship cart (or share it straight into the app). We instantly fetch the item — including name, colour, size, and quantity — into your iShopUship dashboard. The platform displays the full cost breakdown in both USDT and EGP:

• Item retail price (at current exchange rate)
• iShopUship service fee (10%, minimum $10)
• Traveler compensation (shown separately for transparency)
• Estimated EGP total based on live bank rate

Choose Your Payment Method & Pay

Select how you'd like to pay. Two options are available:

• EGP via Paymob: Pay by Egyptian debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza). The EGP amount is locked at checkout — you pay the shown amount with no post-checkout exchange rate adjustment.
• USDT (TRC-20): Send USDT from any TRON-compatible wallet. The invoice shows the exact USDT amount and wallet address. Payments confirmed within 3–10 minutes depending on network congestion.

Your payment goes into secure escrow immediately. Neither the traveler nor iShopUship can access those funds until you confirm delivery.

Get Matched with a Verified Traveler

Once payment is confirmed, iShopUship's matching engine scans the traveler pool for someone flying from the item's country of origin to Egypt within your target delivery window. Matching typically takes under 48 hours for popular routes (US → Egypt, UK → Egypt, Germany → Egypt).

You'll receive a notification with the traveler's verified profile: name, rating, number of completed deliveries, and their expected arrival date in Egypt. You can message the traveler directly through the platform's encrypted chat before accepting the match.

Traveler Purchases & Packs Your Items

After you accept the match, the traveler receives your detailed order list — including exact product links, variants, and quantities. They purchase the items using their own card (they will be reimbursed from escrow at delivery). The traveler uploads purchase confirmation (receipt / order confirmation email) to the platform within 24 hours, so you can verify your items have been ordered correctly.

Delivery & QR Confirmation

Your traveler lands in Egypt and coordinates a delivery meetup via the in-app chat. Most deliveries happen within 1–3 days of the traveler's arrival. When you receive your items, open the iShopUship app and scan the traveler's unique delivery QR code. This action:

• Confirms you've received the order
• Releases the traveler's payment from escrow
• Closes the order on both ends
• Prompts you to leave a rating for the traveler

If there's a problem — wrong item, damaged goods — you can flag the issue before scanning. The dispute team reviews evidence (photos, receipts) and mediates a resolution.
